Teachers monitor each student's process, pinpoint their weak areas, and provide sufficient explanations to guide them with making corrections. Before the class starts, teachers check their students' folder to view test results from the last session. If the student did not do well, the teacher reviews the lesson with him/her before moving forward. After checking student's homework, the teacher writes the results and other necessary comments in student's folder.
